MLD-0416SM is a surface-mounted microcrystalline™ chip with an enhanced feature. Like all microcrystalline chips™, it has excellent conversion loss and harmonic suppression capabilities, and can be used in wide frequency bands and compact designs. Through Marki microwave PDK, precise and nonlinear software models can be provided for microwave offices. MLD-0416SM is a lead-free, RoHS-compliant package, compatible with standard leaded and lead-free reflow soldering. MLD-0416SM is an excellent alternative to surface-mounted Marki microwave multipliers (such as EZ carriers).
