MMD-1030HSM is a passive dual-balanced MMIC frequency doubler with an output range of 10 to 30 GHz. Its key features include excellent conversion loss, outstanding isolation and harmonic suppression across a wide frequency band, and a small shape factor. The MMD-1030HSMSM adopts a lead-free, RoHS-compliant QFN surface-mount packaging and is compatible with standard lead-free and lead-free PCB reflow soldering processes. The MMD-1030HSM is an alternative to Marki's microwave carrier and packaging frequency doubler.
