MMD-2060H is an MMIC millimeter-wave frequency doubler fabricated using GaAs Schottky diodes. It operates within the guaranteed input frequency range of 10-30 GHz or the doubled output frequency range of 20-60 GHz. It features excellent conversion loss, superior isolation and harmonic suppression across a wide frequency band. The soldering wire module and connection unit are both available.
