NLTL-6275 is a comb generator based on MMIC nonlinear transmission line (NLTL). This NLTL offers excellent phase noise performance within the input frequency range of 3 to 15 GHz, with an output frequency exceeding 85 GHz. NLTL-6275 is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diode base varactor diodes on a 2.28mm×3.13mm substrate. The solderable line module and connection module are both available.
