NLTL-6273SM is a comb generator based on MMIC nonlinear transmission line (NLTL). This NLTL offers excellent phase noise performance within the input frequency range of 0.7 to 5 GHz, with an output frequency of 24 GHz. NLTL-6273SM is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diode-based varactor diodes and is packaged in a surface-mount 5x5mm2 QFN.
