TGA2575-TS is a broadband power amplifier, manufactured using the 0.15um water-cooled pHEMT process released by TriQuint. Within the operating range of 32GHz to 38GHz, it can achieve a saturated output power of 35.5dbm, a PAE of 22%, and a small-signal gain of 19db. TGA2575-TS is a 2-millimeter thick gallium arsenide mold, installed on a 10-millimeter thick cloud carrier. This provides customers with a well-known mold accessory to assist in thermal management and facilitate easier handling. TGA2575-TS is fully matched to 50 ohms and complies with the ROHS standard. It has integrated DC shielding caps on both I/O ports and is highly suitable for supporting commercial and defense-related opportunities. TGA2575-TS undergoes 100% DC and RF testing on the wafer to ensure compliance with performance specifications. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
