TGA2595 is a balanced Ka-band power amplifier fabricated based on TriQuint's 0.15um GaN-on-SiC process. The balanced configuration supports low return loss, enhancing robustness against non-ideal loads. Operating in the frequency range of 27.5 to 31 GHz, it achieves a saturated output power of 9W, a power gain of 24%, and a small-signal gain of 23dB. TGA2595 exhibits excellent linearity characteristics, making it highly suitable for supporting commercial and defense-related satellite communications. To simplify system integration, TGA2595 is 50 ohms fully matched, and both I/O ports have integrated DC shielding covers. TGA2595 undergoes 100% DC and RF testing on the wafer to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
