TGA4536-SM is a K-band power amplifier with integrated power detector. The operating frequency of TGA4536-SM is 24.2 - 26.5 GHz, and it is designed using TriQuint's power pHEMT manufacturing process. TGA4536-SM typically provides a saturated output power of 34 dBm, with a small-signal gain of 18 dB. The third-order intercept is 43 dBm, and the SCL is 23 dBm.
