TGA2706-SM is a 2-watt power amplifier designed for C-band applications. This component is fabricated using TriQuint's proven standard 0.5um E/D pHEMT manufacturing process. TGA2706-SM provides a nominal output power of 34 dBm at an input power level of 12 dBm, with a small-signal gain of 31 dB. The nominal TOI is 42 dBm and the noise figure is 7 dB. TGA2706-SM is a QFN 5x5mm surface-mount component. It is highly suitable for low-cost emerging markets such as point-to-point radio and communication. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
