TGA2701-SM is a 35 dBm power amplifier designed for C-band applications. At an input power level of 22 dBm, TGA2701-SM provides a nominal output power of 35 dBm, with a small-signal gain of 18 dB. The nominal TOI is 42 dBm and the noise figure is 7.5 dB. TGA2701-SM is a QFN 6x6 mm surface-mount package. It is highly suitable for low-cost emerging markets such as point-to-point radios and communications. Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
