Applicable to point-to-point communication and other projects
TGA2700 is an X-band driver amplifier operating within the frequency range of 7-13 GHz. The driver amplifier is designed using TriQuint's proven standard 0.25um gate pHEMT manufacturing process. TGA2700 provides a typical output power of 30 dBm at an input power of +10 dBm and has a small-signal gain of 25 dB. The wafer is subjected to 100% DC and RF testing to ensure that the performance meets the requirements.
