Applicable to electronic warfare, point-to-point communication and other projects
TGA2525 is a small LNA gain block MMIC with adjustable gain control (AGC). The LNA operates at a frequency range of 2 - 18 GHz and is designed using TriQuint's proven standard 0.15um power pHEMT manufacturing process.
TGA2525 provides a nominal output power of 18 dBm under 1 dB gain compression, with a small-signal gain of 17 dB. Adjustable gain of more than 30 dB can be achieved by using the Vg2 pin. The typical noise figure at 8 GHz is 2 dB. Special circuits on the Vg1 and Vg2 pins provide ESD protection.
TGA2525 is applicable to various broadband systems, such as point-to-point radios, radar alert receivers and electronic countermeasures.
TGA2525 undergoes 100% DC and RF tests on the wafer to ensure that its performance meets the requirements. TGA2525 has a protective surface passivation layer, providing environmental stability.
Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
