Applicable to point-to-multipoint, point-to-point communication and other projects
TGA2521-SM is a three-stage HPA MMIC design based on TriQuint's proven 0.25um power pHEMT process. TGA2521-SM is designed to support various millimeter-wave applications, including point-to-point digital radios and other K-band linear gain applications. At 17-24GHz with 1dB compression, TGA2521-SM provides a nominal output power of 23.5 dBm. The typical small-signal gain is 20dB at 17GHz and 20dB at 23GHz. TGA2521-SM requires the minimum number of off-chip components. Each device undergoes DC and RF critical parameter testing. The device is packaged in a 4x4mm plastic QFN package.
