TGA2524-SM is a Ku-band power amplifier. Its operating frequency ranges from 11.3 to 16 GHz and is designed using TriQuint's power pHEMT manufacturing process. TGA2524-SM typically offers a saturated output power of 26.5 dBm and a small-signal gain of 23 dB. It is packaged in a low-cost, surface-mounted 16-pin 3x3 QFN package, making it ideal for point-to-point radios. Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
