Applicable to point-to-point communication, VSAT, test instruments and other projects
TGA2237-SM is a broadband distributed amplifier, manufactured using TriQuint's SiC process with 0.25um GaN. The operating frequency of TGA2237-SM ranges from 0.03 to 2.5GHz. It offers a saturated output power of more than 10W, a signal gain of over 13dB, and a power efficiency increase of more than 50%.
TGA2237-SM adopts a low-cost, surface-mount 32-lead 5x5 AIN QFN. It is highly suitable for supporting radar and communication applications in the defense and commercial markets as well as in electronic warfare. TGA2237-SM is fully matched to two RF ports at 50Ω, allowing for simple system integration. Both RF ports require a DC block, and the drain voltage must be injected through the external bias three-way valve on the RF output port.
