Applicable to digital radio, military satellite communication, and point-to-point radio
TGA4522 is a small-sized MMIC driver amplifier designed for Ka-band and Q-band applications. This part is fabricated using TriQuint's 0.15um power pHEMT manufacturing process.
The TGA4522 nominally provides a saturated output power of 27.5 dBm, and offers 27 dBm of output power under 1 dB gain compression at 38 GHz. Its typical gain is 18 dB and the return loss is 15 dB. This part is highly suitable for low-cost emerging markets such as digital broadcasting, point-to-point broadcasting, and point-to-multipoint communication.
TGA4522 was subjected to 100% DC and RF tests on the wafer to ensure that its performance met the requirements.
Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
