Applicable to loggers, electronic warfare, and instruments
TGA2509 is a small-sized broadband high-power amplifier with AGC. The operating frequency of HPA is 2 - 22 GHz, and it is designed using TriQuint's proven standard 0.25um gate pHEMT manufacturing process.
At 1 dB gain compression, TGA2509 provides an output power of more than 28.5 dBm, with a small signal gain of 17 dB. The typical saturation power is 30 dBm, and the operating frequency range is 2 - 16 GHz.
TGA2509 is applicable to various broadband electronic warfare systems, such as radar warning receivers, electronic countermeasures, decoys, jamming devices and phased array systems.
TGA2509 is subjected to 100% DC and RF tests on the wafer to ensure that its performance meets the requirements.
Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
