Applicable to radar, satellite communication, VSAT, and electronic warfare frequency hopping
TGA2611 is a broadband low-noise amplifier, fabricated using TriQuint's SiC process (TQGaN25) with 0.25um GaN. TGA2611 covers the frequency range of 2-6GHz. It typically offers 22dBm P1dB, 25dB small-signal gain, 1.5dB noise figure, and 32dBm OTIO. Besides its high overall electrical performance, this GaN amplifier also provides a high level of input power robustness. TriQuint's TGA2611 can withstand an input power of up to 2W without degrading performance, and it offers unprecedented flexibility in receiver chain protection compared to GaAs technology.
TGA2611 is fully compatible with 50 ohms. Both I/O ports feature integrated DC shielding caps, making it highly suitable for radar and satellite communications.
