TGA2567-SM is a LNA gain block manufactured on TriQuint's proven 0.15um pHEMT production process. 

The working frequency of TGA2567-SM ranges from 2 to 20 GHz. It typically offers a 1dB compression output power of 19 dBm and a small-signal gain of 17 dB. By changing VG2, a tunable gain of more than 16 dB can be achieved. The noise figure in the middle range is usually 2 dB. 

TGA2567-SM features a low-cost, surface-mount 24-lead 4x4 AIN QFN package base and an air cavity LCP cover. TGA2567-SM is highly suitable for supporting commercial and defense-related applications.
