TGA2818-SM is a high-power S-band amplifier fabricated on TriQuint's TQGaN25 0.25um GaN-on-SiC process. TGA2818-SM covers the frequency range of 2.8 - 3.7GHz, providing a saturated output power greater than 45.5dBm and a large-signal gain greater than 18.0dB, while achieving a power-added efficiency greater than 47%. 

The TGA2818-SM can also support various operating conditions to meet the system requirements. It has excellent thermal performance and can support a range of bias voltages, and will perform well in pulse applications. The TGA2818-SM is matched to 50 ohms. It is highly suitable for use in commercial and military radar systems.
