Applicable to radar, communication, VSAT, and electronic warfare
TGA2611-SM is a packaged broadband low-noise amplifier fabricated using TriQuint's TQGaN25 0.25um GaN-on-SiC process. The operating frequency of TGA2611-SM ranges from 2 to 6 GHz. It typically offers a P1dB greater than 18 dBm, a small-signal gain greater than 22 dB, an OTOI of 30 dBm, and 1.0 dBnF. In addition to its high overall electrical performance, this GaN amplifier also provides high levels of input power robustness, which enables greater flexibility in designing the protection of the receiving chain circuit.
TGA2611-SM is offered in a low-cost, surface-mount 20-lead 4x4 mm plastic QFN package. It is highly suitable for supporting radar and satellite communication applications.
Both RF ports are equipped with integrated DC shielding caps and are fully matched to 50 ohms.
