TGA2533 is a Ku-band power amplifier. Its operating frequency ranges from 12.7 to 15.4 GHz, and it is designed using TriQuint's power pHEMT manufacturing process. 
TGA2533 typically provides 43dBm of TOI at 20dBmPout/Tone, and 34dBm of output power when there is 1dB gain compression. The small-signal gain is 28dB. 
TGA2533 is highly suitable for point-to-point radio and Ku-band VSAT ground terminals. 
Lead-free and compliant with RoHS.
