The Qorvo CMD307P3 8GHz to 16GHz low-noise amplifier is a broadband MMIC that uses a leadless 3mm x 3mm plastic surface-mount package. The CMD307P3 is highly suitable for EW and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. The working frequency range of CMD307P3 is 8-16GHz, with a gain greater than 17dB, a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +12dBm, and a noise figure of 2dB. CMD307P3 adopts a 50Ω matching design and does not require an external DC module or RF port matching.
