The Qorvo CMD244K5 distributed driver amplifier is designed to provide efficiency for the gain stage before the final power amplifier in the transmitter chain. These CMD244K5 amplifiers feature a 50Ω matching design and do not require RF port matching. The CMD244K5 distributed driver amplifier complies with the RoHS directive and does not contain lead.
