SBB5089Z is a high-performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier that utilizes a Darlington configuration with an active bias circuit. The active bias circuit provides stable current under temperature and process variations. SBB5089Z is designed to operate directly from a 5V power supply and does not require a voltage divider resistor compared to typical Darlington amplifiers. SBB5089Z is a high-linear gain block suitable for applications requiring small external components. The internal matching is 50Ω at both the input and output ends.
