AXZ1012 High-Speed Digitizer

Product Description

The AXZ1012 High-Speed Digitizer supports 5.2GSPS/10.4GSPS sampling rates and 12-bit resolution. It utilizes high-speed, large-capacity data buffering and high-speed data exchange technology, making it suitable for the precise capture of high-speed, transient signals. It can be used to construct multi-channel, high-precision, synchronous acquisition systems.

Functional Block Diagram Overview

The AXZ1012 digitizer supports 2 data acquisition channels (1 channel at 10.4GSPS/2 channels at 5.2GSPS), 1 external reference clock, 1 external trigger input, and 1 programmable function interface. The data acquisition channels feature a 50Ω input impedance and DC coupling.
