The ACKU060 System-on-Module (SoM) combines a high-end AMD Kintex UltraScale™ series device with fast DDR4 SDRAM and dual parallel Quad-SPI Flash, forming a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is ideal for high-speed applications requiring numerous transceivers.
The ACKU040/ACKU060/ACKU095 FPGA System-on-Module family integrates AMD Xilinx Kintex UltraScale™ technology with high-speed memory to deliver robust processing capabilities for demanding embedded applications.

Design & Development Information
To design a base board for this Kintex Ultrascale FPGA System-on-Module, the following components are required:
AXK680337YG and AXK6A2337YG high-speed board-to-board connectors (80-pin and 120-pin)
FAN8060 Heatsink Kit – an optimal low-profile cooling solution covering the entire module surface
For immediate development, the AXKU062 Kintex Ultrascale development board is available, which integrates this SoM for out-of-the-box prototyping.
