Dual-chip architecture with ZU47DR RFSoC and XCVU13P FPGA, integrating 8 channels of RF-ADC and RF-DAC for direct RF signal transmission and reception, coupled with robust processing power and rich interfaces.
Product Description
The AXW23 is a high-performance hardware platform based on Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC Gen3 series ZU47DR and Virtex Ultrascale+ XCVU13P FPGAs. It integrates 8 channels of 14-bit RF-ADC (up to 5 GSPS) and 8 channels of 14-bit RF-DAC (up to 9.85 GSPS), offering robust RF signal processing capabilities for demanding applications such as communications, radar, and test & measurement. Equipped with extensive storage and expansion resources including DDR4 memory, eMMC, QSPI Flash, FMC, and VPX interfaces, the AXW23 also supports dual Gigabit Ethernet and optical fiber interfaces. With advantages like high bandwidth, low power consumption, and high integration, it is ideal for use in 5G, satellite communications, early warning systems, and data center acceleration.
